Cyber Crime Expert Headlines Detroit IT Security Summit

Barrett Lyon, CEO and founder of Prolexic will be the keynote speaker at next month's Detroit IT-Security Summit, Thursday, October 6, at the Sheraton Hotel in Novi, Michigan.

Lyon is recognized as one of the world's authorities on cyber extortion. His address will spotlight the growing number of targeted cyber attacks and the ways to protect against them.

Other summit speakers will include Ridgely Evers, managing partner at Tapit Partners, and Richard Stiennon, vice president of Threat Research at Webroot.
