CodeFutures FireStorm/DAO has chosen by FIX CITY to improve the database access components of its ioinet financial information service. FireStorm/DAO provides standardized, high-performance approach to database access that significantly reduces ongoing maintenance of systems such as ioinet that are constantly innovating and improving.
FIX CITY is a market leader in Front Office Investment Management technology, in particular Electronic Trading and the use of the industry standard FIX (Financial Information eXchange) protocol. FIX CITY's ioinet is the largest and fastest growing independent supplier of Indications of Interest (IOIs) and Trade Adverts (TAs). FireStorm/DAO makes Java software developers more productive by automatically generating Java source code for accessing relational databases, which are at the core of financial systems such as ioinet.
