Paradial launches RealTunnel Firewall/NAT traversal for Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0

Telco's and Service Providers launching SIP based FMC (Fixed Mobile Convergence) services on the Windows Mobile 5.0 platform get the ultimate tool for providing IP connectivity and maximum call completion for their subscribers. RealTunnel is also ideal for vendors developing SIP and IM applications. Support for XMPP is added to list of protocols that can utilize RealTunnel for connectivity.

Paradial today announced the general availability of Paradial's RealTunnel for Windows Mobile. RealTunnel now supports Linux, Windows and the Windows Mobile platform. Additional platforms will become available. Support has also been added for XMPP (Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol).

RealTunnel represents a cost effective choice providing optimal connectivity and call completion on the major operating systems. Paradial released their first version of RealTunnel in 2002 and provides the most mature and proven firewall NAT traversal product available.

RealTunnel is used by leading telecommunications carriers, telecommunication equipment manufacturers, video conferencing manufacturers and SIP/IM vendors.
