DynTek, Inc. (Nasdaq: DYTK, DYTKP, DYTKW), provider of technology, management and cyber security solutions to the government, education and commercial sectors, today announced that Dr. James Hansen, the company's Senior Vice President of Security Services, was selected to speak to over 900 security specialists at the New York State Cyber Security Conference in April 2004.

The NYS Cyber Security Conference (http://www.cscic.state.ny.us/security/conf04), cosponsored by the NYS Office of Cyber Security and Critical Infrastructure Coordination and the NYS Forum for Information Resource Management, provides a venue for information security officers, IT leaders, CIOs, auditors, lawyers, law enforcement, non technical managers and educators to learn about cyber security issues and tactics from several leading industry experts. The conference, which is held at the Nelson A. Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, in Albany, NY from April 21-22, allows DynTek to discuss and showcase the latest IT security trends, regulations and tools available on the market today.

In a presentation entitled "The Art of the Hack: Social Engineering Tactics Used to Defeat Enterprise Security Programs," Dr. Hansen will expose tactics, techniques and technologies used by 'social hackers' trying to infiltrate organizations today, and make recommendations for specific security policies, procedures and standards that should be implemented as a countermeasure.

Within the conference agenda, Dr. Hansen joins experts from several leading IT organizations, including Oracle, Microsoft, Cisco, and Internet Security Systems (ISS), who specialize in cyber security related issues.
